Lady GaGa is filming an upcoming episode of "Gossip Girl" Tuesday on the lower East Side, in which she'll perform as herself. GaGa will be joining the ranks of fellow celebrity guest stars Tyra Banks and Hilary Duff, who will also be making cameos on the hit CW show this season. GaGa's going to be great!
